If any officer or institution of state has ever made a desicion which violates Your rights, has failed to fulfil his/her responsabilities, has taken no action to solve Your problem or has dragged out the time making no desicion concerning the questions that are ascribed to their province, apply to the Organization of the Protection of Human Rights and Social Guarantees in Lithuania.
